By obtaining a Membership with Twosome.co.za, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions: - I certify that I am 18 years of age or over and am permitted by law to view adult materials and I understand that the content of these sites is of an adult nature. - I certify that if I post any images, said images will be only of myself at an age at which I was 18 years of age or older. - I certify that I am viewing the sites from a private location in which the general public does not have access. - I certify that my membership will be used for my own personal enjoyment and that I will not share, resell or transfer my membership nor will I provide my username or password to any third party.

1. Ensure that your sex is correct on your profile. Do not pose as another sex.
2. Only photos of yourself may be loaded on your profile.
3. No photos that advertise other internet sites may be loaded.
4. Should we receive complaints about your profile and or pics, the site owner reserves the right to delete either or both. If you feel that the complaints are unjustified, please make an effort to be verified (should you not be verified) so that these complaints can be settled.
5. Do not send spam messages/email to other users.
6. This is not a chat site. The site is for swingers, complaint from other users will be investigated and you WILL be banned if it is found that you use the site for "kicks" and if you harass a user this will also cause you to be banned.
7. Read the user profile before you contact him/her/them, if the user specifically excludes you on his/her/their profile, do NOT complain if you don't receive an answer.
8. "Language" is a turn-on for some people, others not. Do not offend other users by not checking their likes/dislikes first.
9. Racial offensive language will cause you to be banned immediately.
10. Any unlawfull acts (as per South African or Intenational law) proposed or performed on this site, will cause you to be banned immediately and the acts or proposal reported to relevant parties.
11. No unsolicited advertising.
12. All new profiles should be verified or make plans to be verified within 3 months of registering on the site.
13. Couples which have two profiles should refer to both profiles in their descriptions.
14. No user may advertise another site of the same nature as TwoSome either amongst themselves or in public.
15. The server administrators have the right to refuse access to anyone for any reason and no reasons need to be given for this decision.
16. Users may advertise private parties to be held at a private residence.
17. NON-COMMERCIAL LICENSE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY: Commercial use of ANY material on twosome.co.za by a member, except those images solely uploaded by member, is strictly prohibited. You may not modify any graphic, content or other materials on the site. You are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from publicly displaying any material from the site and from reselling any graphic, content or image, whether static of live, found on the site unless submitted solely by you. By obtaining a membership, you are being granted only a non-commercial license to personally view the content in question. No right to remove, modify or alter any copyright or trademarks or transfer any material located on the site to any other person is being granted. Twosome.co.za reserves the right to terminate this license and or membership AT ANY TIME without cause.
18. COPYRIGHT: All materials on this site are copyrighted. The materials on the site may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without written permission. Except as expressly stated in the limited license provision of these Terms and Conditions, obtaining a Membership does not grant any express or implied right to you under any trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary information.
19. No parties held at clubs may be advertised on this site without prior concent of TwoSome.
20. No user of this site may be contacted via this site regarding parties held at clubs without prior concent of the WebMaster.
21. No user may attack ANY club or other website or a person in any open forums on the site.
22. No user will create a new profile when their free messages are expired.
23. Twosome.co.za reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, modify or change any and all parts of these Terms and Conditions without cause. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon implementation. Your continued use of Twosome.co.za for which you have a membership shall constitute your acceptance of any such changes. If you do not accept any such changes, you should terminate your membership immediately.
24. Should your profile be removed or banned from the site for violating any of the above rules, or after a warning from the site owner or moderator, Twosome will not be held liable for any refunds.
